Payment Terms
     A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation.
     A further 25% is due prior to installation.
    The final 25% must be paid upon installation.
These payment terms apply to all sales unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late Payments
     Payments must not exceed four (4) weeks from the due date.
     If payments remain outstanding beyond this period, Sign4U Ltd reserves the right to pursue legal methods to recover the unpaid amounts.

Ownership of Goods
     Any product supplied, or supplied and installed, remains the property of Sign4U Ltd until payment has been received in full.
     Sign4U Ltd retains the right to repossess goods that have not been fully paid for, as permitted by law.

Warranty
The warranty does not cover:
     General wear and tear or the natural aging of products.
     Neglect or misuse of the products by the end user resulting in damage.
     Repairs or alterations required due to user damage will be subject to additional charges.
     Light and electrical fixtures are not covered under warranty unless otherwise provided by the manufacturer.
     Drivers and transformers are covered under the warranty, where applicable.
